Additional Booking Details

Confirm Booking
    1.) Pay the full 100% room service fee for Cool Camping within 6 hours from the booking date and time. Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit card, e-wallet, and UnionPay by scanning the QR code through your banking app, credit card app, or e-wallet app, with no additional fees. (Please take a screenshot, as this page will disappear once you confirm the booking.)



    2.) Once the payment is successfully completed, please notify the payment and send the booking confirmation to Whatsapp +66818975207 (Mister Jab “the owner of COOL CAMPING) or the Cool Camping Resort Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/coolcampingresort). Please include the name used for the booking to assist with verification. After the staff verifies the payment and confirms its accuracy, they will reply to confirm your booking.
    ****You must notify the payment within 6 hours from the booking date and time, otherwise, your booking will be automatically canceled by the system.

    3.) There may be booking errors, such as simultaneous bookings made at nearly the same time or bookings made after 9:00 PM when the staff stops working, and we may not be able to lock the accommodation in the system in time. Therefore, you may see the room available, but if a double booking occurs, priority will be given to the first reservation. We will refund the deposit in full for the second booking.

    4.) For cancellations of all or part of the booking, please notify us of the cancellation or reschedule at least 1 day before 12:00 PM. For example, if the check-in date is January 1st, please notify us of the cancellation or reschedule by 12:00 PM on December 31st. We will cancel and refund the deposit or reschedule the stay with a 100% refund. However, if notified after that time, Cool Camping will not refund the prepaid room fee, regardless of the reason (e.g., heavy rain, car breakdown, sudden illness, etc.).

    5.) Check-in is available from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM the following day. This is to allow our staff time to clean the room for the next guest.

    6.) Guests bringing small children, please prepare disposable diapers to prevent accidents on the mattress. If you neglect this, you will be required to pay for a new mattress and take the soiled one with you.

    7.) *** Each room type has a clearly specified maximum number of guests. Please review the details of the room type before making a booking. Do not provide false information about the number of guests or exceed the specified capacity. Extra mattresses or additional guests beyond the designated number are not allowed. If you need more space, please book an additional room.

    8.) There is one Thai Buddhist restaurant, owned by locals, located just 50 meters from here. You can dine at the restaurant or order by phone. For Muslim guests, you may need to bring your own food as the nearest halal restaurant is 8 km away. You can find it at this location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/YQj3gvENW2GtQQ8L9?g_st=ic. Alternatively, you can prepare your own food or stop by a 7-Eleven to heat food here. However, there is a local shop selling community products such as snacks, ice cream, drinks, and fresh coffee just 50 meters away. We only provide accommodation services, and for other services, we aim to distribute income to the community. We also offer free motorcycle transport for guests to shop. Both the restaurant and shops close at 8:00 PM.

    9.) We provide a standing grill (not a hotpot) free of charge. The only charge is for the charcoal, at 30 THB per bag. However, we do not provide any kitchenware such as cups, spoons, plates, knives, chopping boards, or bowls. Please bring your own. If you fail to bring your own, electric stoves or electric hotpots are strictly prohibited due to insufficient electrical power, which could cause power surges and damage electrical equipment. If you use such equipment without permission, you will be responsible for any damage to the electrical devices.

    10.) Please refrain from making loud noises after 10:00 PM in respect for other guests who wish to rest.
