Additional Booking Details

Confirm Booking
    When you confirm your booking online, you will be directed to a successful booking page. However, the system does not automatically lock the reservation. An admin will manually lock the system once a booking request is received. Therefore, there may be discrepancies in your reservation, such as another booking being made around the same time before the admin has locked the system for you. If this occurs, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the issue and cancel your booking as soon as possible (if another booking was made before yours).

    - If your online booking is successfully completed, we will contact you via Whatsapp between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM daily after the booking. Please provide Whatsapp or Line (very important) in the remarks section, as we need to send details such as the deposit information via text rather than voice communication. Contact via Whatsapp is preferred over other methods.

    - If we reach out to you (preferably through any text-based channel) and you do not respond or fail to contact us within 24 hours, we will cancel the booking immediately, and you will forfeit any claim to the reservation.

    - When you arrive, please pay the remaining amount in cash or by scanning the QR code.

    - 🙏 If you cannot come, please inform me honestly at least one day in advance by 12:00 noon, no matter how busy you are. I will be glad to keep your deposit and allow you to postpone your booking. However, if you notify me of the cancellation on the day of the booking, your reservation and deposit will not be refunded.
